Burt Billings owner and operator since 1993.  I began my career working on go carts and lawnmowers and then I was given an opportunity to become a proprietor of an Atlantic Richfield ARCO service station in Vestal, New York.  I came to Houston, TX 1976 and took an automotive line position with Frank Gillman Pontiac GMC and I was given opportunities to move up to Shop Foreman, Warranty Administrator, Customer Relation Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Parts and Service Director (17 years).  I took a position with Ron Carter Ford, Toyota, and Jeep Eagle in Alvin, Texas.  I then followed the General Manager to Dub Miller Ford and Rosenberg, Texas as their Director.  Mike Calvert Toyota secured me as their Service Director for 7 years and then I retired from the car dealership environment and enjoy working daily with my staff and assisting customers at Dealership Alternative.  For fun I enjoy vacationing in Mexico.

 

 

 

Tony Lim service manager for Houston, TX location since 05/11/2001.  Born and raised in Houston, Tony has vast automotive experience in the dealership environment.  Spent several years at a Toyota, Honda, Toyota, and Chevrolet.  He is looking forward to his daughter graduating spring of 2010 from May Creek High top 10 in her class and will be attending college at Baylor.  Vacations must include a cruise ship! 

 

 

 

 

Yolanda De La Garza, assistant service manager for support for Dealership Alternatives for over 8 years.  Yolanda has several years experience working at dealerships like Ford, Toyota, Chevrolet, Mazda and Nissan.  She has also excelled in customer service and is also bilingual fluent in Spanish.
